ARCHITECTURE PERIODS
8-10 century Pre-Romanesque

mid 11- mid 13 century Romanesque

mid 13- mid 16 Gothic
slender towers, lofty pointed vaulting, flying buttresses and sculptural decoration

1630-1780 Baroque
irregularity of form and great variety, aiming to give the overall effect of movement
